Payments

Payments are processed using PayPal’s payment gateway. To create a PayPal account is quick and easy, and payments through PayPal are safe, secure, and simple. Having a PayPal account is not necessary in all areas.

Shipping

Shipping on orders to U.S. or Canada are free.

International Shipments have a flat rate fee of:

South America $15
Europe                 $20
Asia                       $20
Pacific                   $20

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, KAARU gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a full refund within 2 days of the receipt of merchandise.

Returned merchandise should include vendor packaging and tags, and should be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

• Your name and billing address
• The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order
• The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
• The item number of the merchandise, if available
